How do we achieve this, you ask?
Our first promise - Traceability.
Being GOTS certified means there is full traceability. GOTS certification, or Global Organic Textile Standard certification, is a global standard that verifies a product is made from organic materials and produced responsibly throughout the supply chain.
GOTS certification also means accountability. This means we only engage and partner with other GOTS verified stakeholders, design and create our products by adhering to strict GOTS standards and offer complete transparency of our operations during rigorous GOTS audits.
The GOTS certified textile supply value chain, offers traceability all the way to the regenerative fields where the cotton boll was lovingly nurtured without toxic heavy metals, formaldehyde or GMOs….
…all the way to where the cotton bolls were responsibly harvested, carded and meticulously spun into yarn….
…all the way to where the yarn was dyed with safe organic colors and expertly knitted or woven into fabric.…
…and all the way to where the fabric was affectionately embellished and sewn into a garment.
But our commitment doesn't end there.
Our second promise - Compliance with the U.S. CPSC*
This means all our products pass through an extremely stringent CPSIA** testing regimen in U.S CPSC approved laboratories, which ensures there is no lead, asbestos, brominated and chlorinated flame retardants, phthalates, forever chemicals or any other toxins lurking in our clothing.
