Shipping & Delivery

When will my Order get processed?

All orders placed through our website www.cuddlefields.com get processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). Fulfillment may get extended during times of high order volumes such as Christmas, Thanksgiving etc. Embroidery personalization requests may extend the standard shipping and fulfillment by 7 business days.

In the event a customer places an order that comprises of both personalized and regular items, to the same delivery address, we will ship all items together in one shipment to save on shipping costs for the customer.

Please note that all processing times are estimates and are subject to change.

 

Where can I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

 

What shipping carriers do we use?

All orders received through the website www.cuddlefields.com will be shipped through USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. The CuddleFields team will determine the specific carrier, based on the reasonable shipping rates and most efficient delivery time frames offered at the time of processing your order.

 

How much does shipping cost?

As part of promotion campaigns, we offer free shipping from time to time. The free shipping is applied to orders that are placed as one transaction. The free shipping is offered for orders with delivery within the contiguous United States. Additional fees may apply for orders with delivery outside of the contiguous United States and International orders. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

 

How long does shipping take?

After the order has shipped for destinations within the contiguous United States, delivery will typically take 2-10 business days. This excludes weekends and national holidays. Delays caused by shipping carriers are out of our control and therefore the CuddleFields team cannot guarantee shipping or delivery dates. Please note orders for Hawaii, Alaska and International destinations will take longer time frames for delivery.

 

What if the package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?

If you did not receive the package, but the tracking shows as delivered, please do the following: (i) Confirm the delivery address on the order is correct (ii) check the immediate areas around the delivery location (bushes, trees, flower beds, community mailbox, neighbor’s yard etc). It might have been received by someone else.

Packages are sometimes erroneously marked as delivered by carriers. We request you to wait for 3 business days. If your package is still not delivered, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at friends@cuddlefields.com and we will help resolve the issue.

 

Refund of shipping costs on Returns.

In the event you wish to return an item, we are unfortunately unable to refund you the shipping cost you paid on your original purchase. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange portion.
