We want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event you change your mind for any reason, you may return it for a store credit or a full refund (less the shipping charges) within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the original purchase.
Simply log into your account to initiate the returns process and send us a mail at friends@cuddlefields.com and we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
Conditions for the returns are as follows:
- All return items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, from a smoke-free and chemical-free environment, in their original packaging with original tags.
- Return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Item must have been purchased from our web-store and the return must have the original purchase receipt.
- Products marked as Final Sale, Personalized products, and Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund the original cost of the product. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Returns are free for customers who have created an account with us. Simply log into your account to initiate the returns process and send us an email at friends@cuddlefields.com and we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
- You can also choose to receive the refund via store credit.
- This returns and exchange policy applies to orders placed directly on our website: www.cuddlefields.com. If you purchased the product from third parties or other retailers, we request you to contact the relevant retailer/third party, from where you purchased the product for processing the refund.
- If the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, all refunds will be credited back to the same account.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed.
